Waiting for payment - You placed an order, but the payment has not yet been completed. You can cancel it, edit your shipping address and proceed to payment. In general, unpaid orders will automatically be canceled after 30 days.
To be shipped - Your order has been paid and confirmed successfully. We are preparing your package and doing our best to send it as soon as possible. You can cancel it before it is dispatched in My orders. If you don't cancel, you can make a claim when the order status changes to "Shipped."
Shipped - Your order has been dispatched and is on its way. It can be divided into several packages and you can track the detailed shipping information, make a claim and confirm delivery when you receive all the items.
Completed - Your order meets any of the following conditions:
- confirmed delivery
- called off
- claim terminated
You can track detailed shipping information, make a claim, and buy back directly. For orders with completed claims, you can choose to delete the order record.
To review - The system -automatically- or you, have confirmed the order as delivered, but it has not yet been reviewed. Orders generally go to the "Completed" status after 30 days. Also, you can track the detailed shipping information, download the invoice, and make claims.
