Return & Refund Policy

 

Cancellation


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns & Refund

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

1.1 Contact us at ecoill@outlook.com to clarify the situation with our staff and explain the reason for the return in the email.

1.2 Our staff will communicate with you after confirming the order, and then feedback the return address and contact information to you.

 

2.1. Store the complete product and its original accessories in a sturdy box. preferably the one you received the order from.

2.2.Fill in the address and contact information we provided you and send it to us (the shipping fee needs to be paid)

3.1 The order tracking number for express delivery and the connection of the carrier are fed back to us by email (contact us: ecoill@outlook.com).

4.1 We received the package after confirming the order and returned to your account through the way you paid.

4.2 Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ecoill.service@outlook.com

Products received by Xiaomi with any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected:

• Any product not purchased on MI.COM.

• Any product with a missing, damaged, altered or illegible IMEI, or missing serial number label, manufacturer model number or part number label.

• Any product returned without its original packaging and accessories, including boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items that originally came with the product.

• Any product that is physically damaged.

• Any product that is manipulated, personalised or altered in any way.

• Any opened consumables such as towels, pillows, toothbrushes, masks.

DOA:The product is damaged by the factory itself.

DAP:The product is damaged by man-made.

Note:
1. After receiving the e-commerce DOA/DAP demand, Xiaomi will confirm whether the DOA specified time is met according to the IMEI number, and determine whether the IMEI number comes from an electricity officially authorized by Xiaomi.
It is sold by merchants; according to the IMEI number and the purchase certificate, it is judged whether it meets the time specified by DAP.
2. Xiaomi or a third party of Xiaomi will re-judgment the received machine to confirm whether the machine meets the DOA/DAP standard
a) Within the DOA or DAP period (DOA/DAP period varies from country to country, see attachment for details)
b) There is no fault-free and no man-made damage
c) No scratches on the appearance and no obvious traces of use
d) The accessories in the product package are complete, such as chargers, data cables, etc
